PAYMENT PROCESSING

We accept all major credit cards/ debit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover) & Paypal.  You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. All purchases are immediately billed and will show on your credit card statement.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 7-10 business days, From the completed transaction date; unless otherwise noted.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.

(Pretty Plus Curves, Dana Lynn Couture or London Royce Collection are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.)

 

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change an order once it is submitted.

 

Returns:
Buyer is responsible for contacting hello@stylechicsboutique.com to initiate return process.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 24 hours of the delivery of your product. After the 24th hour, from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.
A restocking fee of 10% will be applied and the difference will be provided on a store credit ONLY.
All items must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender.
Non-Returnable Items: Masks, headbands, bonnets. Custom Items

Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return(s).

 

FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE

Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or the store credit will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift. 

 DAMAGES

If your purchase arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of your product with pictures that verify the visible damage to the product.

We are not responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a traceable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
